Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Working closely with the Marketing Co-Ordinator and Brand Director in all aspects of content creation, they will be responsible for managing the social media accounts, developing exciting new content and taking ownership of all things digital graphic design.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Content creation for multiple channels including EDM's, social media, website content, ad campaigns, look books, promotions and events.
  • Manage and be responsible for bringing the brand vision to life across all social media platforms. Including but not limited to: Instagram Grid, Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook.
  • Work closely with Marketing Co Ordinator to create monthly Marketing Plan.
  • Identifying influencer marketing opportunities for brand promotion and manage partnerships and collaborations. Leading, building and maintaining the influencer database.
  • Assisting in the online launch for new collections and executing supporting advertising.
  • Involved in discussion with the Marketing Co-Ordinator and Brand Director to develop, implement and manage strategies and campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Research social media technology and content trends, ensuring the brand is up to date in this area.
  • Assist on Photoshoots
  • Imagery and video editing for Web and social use.
  • Analyse social media metrics

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in organic social media (1-2+ years) community management and posting, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Graphic design skills and keen eye for fashion imagery
  • Design and develop creative marketing content for e-commerce and social media
  • A knack for creating a strong visual brand presence across different platforms
  • You’re super organised, detail-oriented and can flexibly work on ad hoc projects with tight deadlines
  • You’re independent and happily execute ideas within a small team environment
  • You have experience managing a brand on social media platforms
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Graphic/Digital Design role, preferably in fashion
  • Advanced proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator)
  • Basic video editing skills - a bonus but not required
  • Preferably degree-qualified in a design-related field
  • Ability to multitask many projects without dropping the ball

This role is a 12 month maternity leave contract with the opportunity to become permanent.
