CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

 

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and digitally driven Content Creator / Social Media Coordinator to lead the brand’s content and social presence.

This role combines creativity and execution, bringing the brand to life across social, email and digital platforms. You will create content, manage social channels end-to-end, and support a consistent and engaging online presence.

This role is 4 days per week.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan and create weekly and monthly content aligned with product drops and campaigns
• Produce content including video, reels, UGC and imagery
• Maintain a strong and consistent visual direction

Social Media

• Manage all social channels: planning, posting, captions and engagement
• Track performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Stay across trends and keep content fresh and relevant

EDM & Digital

• Create and design EDMs aligned with campaigns
• Support alignment across social, email and website

Design

• Create digital assets including social content, banners and campaign graphics
• Support broader marketing design needs

Shoots & Campaigns

• Assist with planning and execution of content shoots
• Support campaign shoots and capture behind-the-scenes content
• Coordinate influencer and UGC content

Brand & Community

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
• Engage with the community via comments and DMs

What You Bring

• 2 years + experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social platforms

• Experience with Klayvio or similar EDM platform.
• Basic design skills (Adobe, Canva or similar)
• Organised, proactive and creatively driven
