Ecom Sales Coordinator - Ecom & Wholesale
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecom Sales Coordinator to join our growing apparel brand in Byron Bay. Utilising strong organisation skills and understanding in sales strategies across Ecommerce and Wholesale.
Within Ecom, they will be implementing of ecommerce strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates and maximise revenue. In this reactive and commercial role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall online presence of the brand, daily management and coordination of online product launches, ensuring optimal site functionality and positive customer experience. This part of the role requires a strong understanding of online marketing and ecom operations.
Within Wholesale, they will provide excellent customer service, sales reporting, coordination of wholesale collection launches, arranging of samples sets, confirming orders, working closely with Sales Agents within Australia and internationally.
Responsibilities:
Ecom:
- Manage the overall online presence of the brand, including website content, product listings, and promotions. Visually and commercially merchandising of online store, ensuring optimal site functionality and sales results.
- Work closely with Marketing team to execute online product launches and promotions accordingly to timeline.
- Manage critical path for website launches. Coordinating product descriptions and imagery, merchandising, homepage, campaign pages and SEO.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Daily monitoring of sales and traffic, reacting accordingly to ensure sales budgets are met.
- Develop and track EDM’s performance, reacting accordingly.
- Implement best practices for SEO and Paid advertising.
- Weekly reporting on site metrics and performance against budget.
- Retail buying of a small selection of external brands, tracking sales and reporting.
Wholesale:
- Provide excellent Wholesale customer service and support, developing and maintaining relationships.
- Recording of Wholesale Sales data
- Work closely with Sales Agents, ensuring they have sample sets ready for showings.
- Coordinate wholesale collection launches on JOOR platform. Encompassing creating Line Sheets and merchandising of products for AU and International.
- Assist with new stockist enquires and approvals.
- Create monthly SOH lists and send out to stockists
- Ensure Wholesale imagery is completed from Graphics team and sent to stockists.
- Execution of Wholesale events and activations, working closely with Marketing team, Sales Agents and the Wholesale stockist.
- Track Sales, recording and reporting
- Manage Retail Stock and refills for our Flagship store, conduct regular stocktakes.
- Manage stock within third party sales channels
- General Office Admin
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in a similar Ecommerce role.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce principles and online marketing techniques.
- Experience with Shopify or other ecom platform
- Strong in project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines accordingly
- Highly effective problem solver and ability to think analytically. Ability to interpret data and make data related decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Highly organised, enjoys planning.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team as well as independently
