CASUAL RETAIL POSITION | SUMMER RESIDENCY

 

An opportunity has opened up to join the Arcaa team at our new upcoming Summer Store in Byron Bay.

We're looking for passionate, personable and style-conscious individuals to join us for our Summer Residency. We're seeking people who are confident, enthusiastic and have a genuine appreciation for fashion, styling and thoughtful customer service.

 

THE ROLE

  • Delivering an exceptional and personalised in-store customer experience.
  • Sharing product knowledge and offering thoughtful styling advice.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and presentation of the store.
  • Assisting with stock replenishment, inventory management and routine stocktakes.
  • Ensuring the store is beautifully presented and maintained.
  • Supporting in-store content creation and marketing initiatives when required.
  • Assisting with day-to-day retail operations.

 

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidates will have previous retail experience and possess the following:

  • A genuine passion for fashion, styling and the Arcaa brand.
  • A warm, confident and approachable personality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
  • Availability across weekends and peak trading periods.
