Celebrating IWD 2026
International Women’s Day is a time to celebrate the resilience, ambition, and strength of women everywhere. March 8 reminds us of how far we’ve come and the progress still to be made.
As a female-owned and operated brand, this day is about uplifting and supporting women in all aspects of life.
This month, we continue the conversation through #ARCAAWomanhood, a campaign dedicated to sharing the defining experiences of womanhood.
Discover the stories and experiences of the inspiring women taking part in the campaign and sharing their experiences of womanhood.

Support endometriosis awareness by taking action.
Purchase a cap, donate to fund research and education, and join the conversationto amplify the voices of those affected.
So much of what I carry is invisible. As it relates to endometriosis, its pain that gets normalised, because what even is a 'normal' amount of pain? The working, and it is work of continually having to battle to advocate for our bodies to not be in pain and distress.

Womanhood has been a complex idea for me to hold. The invisible ache of being childless in a society that ties womanhood to motherhood, and the quiet yearning that lives alongside that, has shaped how I express myself in the world.

I carry the responsibility of raising my own children, while building a business that helps other mothers feel confident raising theirs. Motherhood asks me to be soft and nurturing, while business asks me to be strong and resilient. Most days it feels like a push and pull between the two - a duality I’m still learning to hold.

Endometriosis didn’t just take organs. It took certainty. It took parts of my youth. It took trust in a medical system that should have protected me. But it didn’t take my voice. I am still here. Still fighting. Still healing. Still advocating. Endometriosis is invisible but the damage is not. And neither am I anymore. This is what happens when girls aren’t believed. This is what happens when pain is dismissed. This is why I speak.

As I opened up to other women, they shared with me their stories, their comfort, their humour, their hardship, their wins, their load. It was through their love, kindness, understanding and laughing at all my inappropriate jokes, which held a place for me where I could be strong. It felt like we collectively shared the load amongst us, making it easier to sprint up mountains or keep us afloat in rough seas.
